We request 24 hours notice on prescription refill requests. — I understand that by submitting my request does not guarantee a refill of my pet’s medication will be authorized. After we receive your request, a doctor will review it and a team member will call you when it is ready to pick up. If a refill is not authorized, a team member will call you to discuss the details.
